Hospitality

Friday:

From 9:30PM to 12AM there will be a hospitality area conveniently located in the Knowles Center where the entertainment for the night will be held. Here delegates will be able to refuel on a variety of healthy and unhealthy treats including pizza from Dominos, fruit, beverages and cookies from Best Maid Cookie Factory, a local favorite.

Saturday:

Two hospitality rooms will be offered on Saturday night, one in each hotel going from 9PM to 12AM. At the Crossings Inn and Suites, the hospitality room will be located in the downstairs meeting rooms close to the pool. At Riverview Hotel and Suites, it will be located in a hotel room suite which is convenient but away from other hotel guest rooms to eliminate noise issues for non-conference guests. Hospitality this night will again include: Dominos pizza, fruit, beverages, and Best Maid Cookie Factory cookies. For those who are not ready to venture back to the hotels but need a refreshment, beverages will be provided in the University Center’s Falcon’s Nest where the dance will be held.

Boardroom Refreshments

In the boardroom, there will be a small arrangement of fruit, vegetables, cheese and sausage as well as beverages. This will give boardroom members the fuel they need to stay focused and do their important and appreciated work!
